Building Blocks: Parent & Child
Our Parent & Child Building Blocks class is the perfect introduction to gymnastics for little ones who are ready to move, climb, and explore—together with a parent or caregiver!
In this class, children begin developing body awareness, coordination, balance, and basic motor skills through fun activities, obstacle courses, and age-appropriate gymnastics stations. Parents actively participate by guiding, spotting, and encouraging their child, creating a safe and supportive environment.
