BOYS RECREATIONAL CLASSES
At Foundation Gymnastics, our boys’ classes are designed to build a rock-solid athletic base while keeping training fun and engaging. Through our B.A.S.E. (Basic Athletic Skill Essentials) curriculum, students learn the fundamentals that support success in any sport. Each session incorporates F.R.A.M.E.—Form (safe and correct movement patterns), Reach (flexibility, extension, and balance), Agility (quickness, coordination, and control), Mobility (full-body movement and range), and Endurance (strength and stamina for lasting performance). Together, these elements develop confident, capable athletes ready to excel both in gymnastics and beyond.
BASE (Beginner)
BASE – Basic Athletic Skill Essentials
Our BASE program builds the foundation every young gymnast needs for success in the sport and beyond. Designed for beginners, this class focuses on developing fundamental movement patterns, strength, balance, coordination, and flexibility through fun and engaging gymnastics-based activities. Athletes will learn essential skills such as rolls, handstands, cartwheels, and safe landings while building confidence and body awareness.
BASE sets the groundwork for future gymnastics progressions and provides students with the athletic tools they can use across all sports. With supportive coaching and a positive environment, this class helps children grow not only as gymnasts but also as well-rounded athletes.
FRAME (Intermediate)
Our FRAME program is designed to help young athletes build a strong foundation for gymnastics and beyond. Classes emphasize proper technique, flexibility, coordination, range of motion, and stamina through engaging drills and skill progressions.

FRAME provides well-rounded physical development in a supportive environment. Athletes gain confidence, discipline, and body awareness while having fun and building lifelong fitness habits.
Must have coach approval to register for this class.
